Travel will be required as part of the role. **Your Purpose**: - Create credible relationships with key business and client stakeholders by gaining an understanding of business requirements, managing hiring managers’ expectations and challenging thinking. - Provide specialist recruitment expertise and guidance to translate business requirements into a recruitment and attraction strategy and plan that you will have ownership for delivering. - Actively look for opportunities that will maximize diversity of new hires. - Manage delivery of service in line with business priority and budgets. - Utilize data analytics to provide business updates including monthly and quarterly report for Business Partner and further develop, monitor, and report on meaningful Management Information to inform current progress against plan. - Build a strong relationship with your HR Business Partner and with the wider HR community, ensuring that you are seen as SME within recruitment and providing sound technical knowledge to your division. - Build strong relationships with other divisional Recruitment Partners to share knowledge and work together effectively. **What you can bring?** Recruitment leadership expertise demonstrating the following essential capabilities: - Working with colleagues in a remote environment. - Customer relationship management and account management. - Translating resourcing strategy into recruitment action plans. - Prior experience of working with an off shored shared service environment would be advantageous. **Personal Attributes**: - Quick to establish personal credibility and trust with key stakeholders. - Manage change and remain flexible to individual situations. - Analytic ability in reviewing data and reports. - Collaborate with people at all levels in the Organization. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong leadership - leading by example. - Excellent influencing skills. - Confident and self-motivated. - A true role model who practices and demonstrates the HR recognized behaviors. **Meeting your needs**: When you start with us, you'll enjoy **_"Total Reward"_**, a package that can be tailored to your lifestyle, career and personal needs.
