OVERVIEW OF THE JOB
Caretaking duties across all the College and School of English buildings, residences and grounds on a day to day basis. Health and safety awareness and knowledge is essential.

REPORTS TO
You will be directly responsible to the Cleaning Supervisor. You will work within the framework set by and under the general direction of the Principal.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB- Checking toilets and communal areas are clean and tidy at regular intervals.
- Assisting Cleaning supervisor
- Assisting Maintenance and undertaking small repairs
- Assisting with legionella checks
- Escorting Contractors.
- Deliver photocopy paper as directed
- Ensure all deliveries received are dealt with
- Keeping outside areas free of rubbish.
- Reporting any cleanliness/health and safety/repair issues to line manager promptly
- Deal with all customers (students, staff, external) with courtesy and promptness at all times.
- Occasional duties in the canteen
- Any other duties required by line manager or Operations Manager.
