Our client, a Regional affordable housing organisation based in the South of England require an Interim Head of Strategic Asset Investment Manager to join there expanding Asset & Regeneration division. This role is to lead, develop and deliver Asset Managementstrategy helping grow and develop a customer focused, value for money high quality service offering.

As a Strategic Asset Investment Manager, you will lead on the regeneration and disposal team (void disposals) and wider development of the association’s asset management strategy, also working on wider financial modelling with the treasury team.

It will also be working on a significant regeneration programme, so the ability to navigate considerable Asset projects throughout the business and governance structure would be a key area of focus in terms of experience and respective skill sets.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

- Ability to evidence sound knowledge of Asset Management and experience in the design and delivery of Asset management strategy Plans
- Confidence in using a range of different systems to access data and ensure alignment of key information
- An agile approach with the ability to work successfully on multiple projects at different stages, effectively prioritising tasks with different teams.
- Experience in managing, motivating, and inspiring an existing asset team

You will ideally have a minimum further education qualification (HNC / HND / Degree) and / or relevant RICS / MCIOB (or equivalent) qualifications.

You will also preferably have experience of working within an affordable housing provider or Public Sector property organisation with a track record in Strategic Asset Management.

Experience from within a housing, property services or repairs and maintenance background would be preferred.

You will also be experienced of reporting to Executive management teams & board level.
