**ABOUT OUR PUB**

Our beautiful quintessential English pub is set in the picturesque village of Newdigate It has charm and a warm, bright, but cosy feel about it. In the summer months guests can enjoy a cool pint of beer or a glass of chilled wine in our delightful garden, whilst eating and relaxing with friends and family or come and sit by our alluring roaring wood fires, lit in the cooler, darker winter months.

Our menu is all prepared in house using locally sourced fresh ingredients.

We are currently looking for a Front of house team member to join the business. Every member of the team is vital to the business and we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and making sure every guest leaves happy..

**FRONT OF HOUSE ROLE**:
As a Front of house Member you will be responsible for delivering service excellence to our customers at all times.You will demonstrate your knowledge of our products through making recommendations and by serving and presenting all our drink products perfectly.You will be responsible for adhering to licensing, food safety and health & safety legislation ensuring our pubs are safe for team and customers alike.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER:
You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team.You’ll get lots of training, learn about all our products & have a good time along the way.
