In line with our exciting growth within Aseptic Services, Quantum Pharmaceutical has recently expanded our dedicated aseptic manufacturing capacity. We are currently looking for a motivated Aseptic Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, where we manufacture life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs.

**Responsibilities**:

- To follow promoted and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids and Company policies and procedures
- Assisting the Quality Manager to deliver the development of quality practices throughout the Company
- To be capable and undertake Quality Control release of materials in accordance with defined procedures
- To be capable and undertake release of compounded products in accordance with defined procedures
- To build new products, compile applicable documentation and co-ordinate their approval on the CATO Software Package
- Tracking non-confidence, corrective and preventive actions, working with Managers to resolve any issues
- Reviewing procedures, policies and processes, reporting, recommending and implementing continuous improvements
- Controlling and managing quality system documents (procedures, systems, instructions) in accordance with business and accreditation requirements
- To actively work towards increasing the shelf life of selected finished products, as defined by the Quality Director
- To investigate new product opportunities including practical development work, raw material procurement and searching for published stability data
- To proactively support the businesses operation by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of operating in a similar role is essential
- Scientific Degree Qualification (or equivalent) is desirable although not essential depending on experience
- At least 3 years post-qualification relevant GMP Experience
- Experience using GxP Quality Management System
- A strong communicator who is able to identify the need for quality improvement and puts into place resolutions
- People supervision/ management experience desirable but not essential
- Meets deadlines whilst uncompromising on quality
- Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions
- Strong, up to date knowledge of Aseptic Processes/Quality Release of Aseptic Finished Products
- Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
- Experience of partnering diverse teams across multiple sites
- Experience of auditing is preferable
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
