Branch Supervisor

**Branch Supervisor - Tunbridge Wells Branch - full time, permanent**

This is an exciting career opportunity to join our branch in Tunbridge Wells. We are a long-established organisation with specialist decorating branches located throughout the east of England, offering a fantastic opportunity to supervise and help build a successful branch. Here we offer a range of decorative products, designer paints and wallcoverings and sundry items for the decorative market - both trade and retail.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Supervisor will help manage and motivate the team to achieve branch and company objectives. Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, you will deal with customer queries in a prompt and effective manner, consistently meeting customer requirements. You will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, merchandisers and other partners and help organise events and initiatives to promote good relations and sales development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the team and store
- Offering advice on products to customers
- Mixing paints for customers
- Serving trade and retail customers
- Helping unload deliveries
- Ordering stock via a computerised system
- Restocking shelves
- Serving customers using a computerised till
- Upselling and supporting sales growth of the branch

44.5 hours per week inclusive of alternate Saturday mornings (8am - 12pm)

We’re looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and previous supervisory/team leader experience.
