The Tunbridge Wells branch is home to all things decorating and is Kents' premier decorators merchant. They are stockists of Dulux Trade, Crown Trade, Armstead, Tikkurila, BEDEC, Zinsser and many more trusted trade paints. They also stock designer paintsand have a full range of wallpaper collections. They offer a fantastic colour mixing service along with wood treatments, protective and specialist coatings and a complete range of decorators’ sundry items.
And the role
Joining as a Store Supervisor, you will help manage and motivate the team to achieve both branch and company objectives. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer service, dealing with customers in a prompt and effective manner.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and previous supervisory / team leader experience. Results driven, you will be comfortable dealing with customers and closing sales whilst understanding how to maintain stock levels.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Knowledge of decorating products is desirable but not essential as full product training will be provided.
