LTS are working with a SEND school in Enfield. They require 2 x LSAs with a psychology background to help support students with ASD.

Students are primary aged with varying levels of ability. Both positions are due to start in September on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 15:30 for the full academic year.

Experience working with those with Special Needs is desirable, however not essential. Additional training can be provided.

The Salary range is between £80 - £90 per day

The role will be rewarding, yet challenging. You will be fully supported by a highly-skilled friendly staff team although you will be expected to work on your own initiative at times to support the students the best way you can.

**Expectations**:

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of learning activities and tasks
- Using individualised strategies to support the student to access the curriculum
- Promoting personal, social, emotional and mental health development
- Supervising the students during non-classroom time
- Working closely with the staff team to identify any issues and develop and implement appropriate solutions
