As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we are seeking a talented **Digital Designer and E-commerce Web Designer** to join our dynamic team.

**The Role**

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Designer and E-commerce Web Designer with a strong focus on website design, newsletter design, label design, and social media skills. This role is ideal for someone with at least a couple of years of real-world experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Website Design and Image Optimisation**: Design and optimise our Shopify website to enhance user experience, improve navigation, and increase conversion rates. Utilise Liquid templating language where applicable.
- **Label and Packaging Design**: Design product labels and packaging materials that align with our brand identity and appeal to our target audience.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop and design engaging visual content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- **Graphic Design**: Develop graphics and visual content for use across our website, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
- **Product Photography**: Conduct basic product photography to create high-quality images for our website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency of design and messaging across all platforms.
- **Content Management**: Assist in updating website content, including product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media.

**About You**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital design and web design, preferably within an e-commerce environment. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Woocommerce or similar platform; experience with Shopify Plus and Liquid templating language is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating visual content for social media.

- **Design Skills**: Strong portfolio showcasing website designs, newsletters, label designs, social media content, and product photography.
- **Creativity**: High level of creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Please Note**: We believe that the best work and ideas come from being in the working environment. Therefore, this is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Scotland, and hybrid or remote working options are not available for this role.

**How to Apply**

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
