**About the Role**

We are seeking a Team Leader: Health and Wellbeing Employment to support the Service Manager to achieve high performance levels, achieve expected Customer Service Standards/compliance in line with contractual requirements, overseeing the day-to-day performance and supporting in the smooth running of the Greater Manchester services.

As a team leader, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including leading, developing, and retaining a high-quality team of Health and Employment Coaches who excel in delivering contracted services. You will be instrumental in driving the success of the service. Your role will involve developing and retaining a high-performing team, exceeding performance targets, addressing underperformance, achieving operational targets, and facilitating regular performance reporting. Through your leadership and guidance, you will foster a culture of excellence and contribute to the overall success and growth of the service.

**About You**

You will possess a diverse range of knowledge, skills, and qualities that enable you to lead and motivate teams, achieve targets, and provide direction. You will have strong coaching, mentoring and organisational skills, allowing you to guide and support team members in reaching their full potential.

You will demonstrate judgment, diplomacy, negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills, enabling them to handle challenges and resistance to change professionally and appropriately.

You will be experienced at working towards targets and quality standards, in performance-driven and fast-paced environments, enabling you to manage multiple priorities efficiently and ensuring the ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

To excel in this role, you must have relevant experience in the adult healthcare or clinical sector. Additionally, a qualification at level 5 or above in your specialist field is required. A level 3 qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance and/or team supervisory is also advantageous.

**Salary**: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
