**About the Office Administrator **job**
We are looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for numerous functions, but will predominately sit within the Facilities & Maintenance department.
**What the Office Administrator will be doing**:
- Assisting the Facilities Executive on a day to day basis
- Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing vending supplies
- Assisting with designing of office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operation
**Who the Office Administrator is**:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures
- Experience of using Microsoft packages and other office management tools
- Experience in managing business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the willingness to help other team members
