This role would suit someone who has previous administration experience. - Competitive **PAYE **Salary - _Temp to Perm_ - **Monday to Friday**: - **20 days’ holiday plus statutory bank holidays**: - Company **Pension** scheme - **Cycle to work **scheme **Responsibilities**: - Data Input - Telephone Management - Internal/External Calls - Liaising with customers and clients - Updating CRM system - Developing relationships with internal and external management and engineering teams. - To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance. - Providing relevant reports and updates as requested. - Ensuring all work is accounted for and updates are received by the end of the day. **You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**: - The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail - Logical and methodical. - Team player with the ability to work alone. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively - Experience working in a similar role.
