**About the role**

To provide support to the Supply Chain Team by always ensuring 100% components and product availability. Delivered through efficient and timely supplier management.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Production Planner to ensure a smooth schedule and all adhered to by 3rd party fillers.
- Organising materials, communicating with suppliers, warehouse and internally regarding material dates, delays, issues etc.
- Organising collections and deliveries of materials needed for production, ensuring all arrive in time, and communicating any issues.
- Keeping a close eye on production schedules to make sure all in keeping with the plan, liaising with the sales order processing team if there are any major changes that will affect sales orders.
- System management - keeping up to date with all production order due dates, closing down old work orders, transfer, purchase orders etc.
- Working closely with our warehouse on administrative tasks and planning shipments.
- Assisting in sourcing additional fillers, getting quotes and samples
- Assisting the Production Planner with various other administrative tasks

**Must-haves**
- At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced, busy, and challenging environment
- Strong analytical skills and to be able to present key findings in a clear way
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers globally
