BramahHR are recruiting for an ER Advisor to join a fantastic organisation. Do you have a wealth of experience in employee relations? Our client is paying up to £36k and is offering hybrid working.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, change management, capability, performance management, absence management, and other matters pertaining to employee terms and conditions.
- To assist and advise line managers on employment legal issues, particularly in the areas of employment contracts and employee relations.
- In all HR-related matters, to assist and advise departmental colleagues.
- To guarantee adequate confidentiality is maintained, as well as clear, effective communication and meticulous attention to detail in all parts of work.
- To take the lead in casework management with employee relations difficulties. Making recommendations, providing guidance and support to management, coordinating with Occupational Health, and assisting with disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures, andchange process consultations are all examples of this.
- To assist in the creation and upkeep of a performance management system. This includes training managers in this area, leading capability-related casework, and advising and coaching managers through the policies.
- To create professional credibility by developing and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with supervisors and coworkers.

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, change management, and consultation processes and capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to form productive professional relationships rapidly.
- Having a good understanding of employment law.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
- Providing front-line managers with assistance and advice.
- Participation in the creation and revision of HR policies.
