Learning Curriculum Lead

Role title: Learning Curriculum Lead Location: Camberley/hybrid working Contract length: 6 months (extensions likely) Role Responsibilities - Primary support and advisor to the regional EMEA Learning Lead. - Project Managing the Banks extensive EMEA Regional Learning Curriculum - Managing learning pathways, multiple courses, speaker events and learning resources to match the strategic needs of the Bank and its employees. - Working with external vendors to ensure learning content delivered is engaging and meets the Banks requirements. - Design and distribute monthly Learning, Leader and Manager Communications. Marketing the learning sessions and supplying impactful resources to support. - Deliver our Flagship Discovery Series. 3 monthly events for our Employees, Managers and Leaders. - Liaise with Client Facing Team in T&A to understand the needs of the business and keep them up to date on what is available for them to target opportunities. Includes regular reporting and analysis of the curriculum numbers. - Ensure the Learning Operations Team are equipped to support sessions and deal with Learning enquiries on the curriculum. - Maintain the regional Learning catalogue, always keeping information up to date and adding/removing content or resources to keep it relevant. - Own and manage the continual refinement of our Learning Pathways to keep them up to date with the latest topic areas, course and resources. - Manage an extensive video library of resources. Recording and uploading replays of sessions and adding external vendor content to playlists - Complete reporting to showcase the curriculum with a particular focus on registrations/completions, manager development and other projects. The Team Talent & Learning are close knit team of approximately 20 in GHR primarily based in London, but also Camberley and Dublin. Striving to serve the client with innovative and creative solutions to support their strategic priorities. With T&L a fundamental componentthere is frequent interaction with all lines of business and great opportunity to work closely with other colleagues across the HR function.
