Role title: Learning Curriculum Lead Location: Camberley/hybrid working Contract length: 6 months (extensions likely) Role Responsibilities - Primary support and advisor to the regional EMEA Learning Lead. - Project Managing the Banks extensive EMEA Regional Learning Curriculum - Managing learning pathways, multiple courses, speaker events and learning resources to match the strategic needs of the Bank and its employees. - Working with external vendors to ensure learning content delivered is engaging and meets the Banks requirements. - Design and distribute monthly Learning, Leader and Manager Communications. Marketing the learning sessions and supplying impactful resources to support. - Deliver our Flagship Discovery Series. 3 monthly events for our Employees, Managers and Leaders. - Liaise with Client Facing Team in T&A to understand the needs of the business and keep them up to date on what is available for them to target opportunities. Includes regular reporting and analysis of the curriculum numbers. - Ensure the Learning Operations Team are equipped to support sessions and deal with Learning enquiries on the curriculum. - Maintain the regional Learning catalogue, always keeping information up to date and adding/removing content or resources to keep it relevant. - Own and manage the continual refinement of our Learning Pathways to keep them up to date with the latest topic areas, course and resources. - Manage an extensive video library of resources. Recording and uploading replays of sessions and adding external vendor content to playlists - Complete reporting to showcase the curriculum with a particular focus on registrations/completions, manager development and other projects. The Team Talent & Learning are close knit team of approximately 20 in GHR primarily based in London, but also Camberley and Dublin.
