HB Commercial are delighted to be the recruitment partner with this well-established employer in Sunderland. With over 2.5 million customers and still growing, they are looking to employ several New Business Advisors.
As a New Business Advisor, you will be taking inbound calls from new customers who would like a quotation, and you will also be given the opportunity to chase customer leads from the websites. You will have good all-round communication skills, a confident yetfriendly phone manner and be proficient using a computer, making sure the customer experience is seamless.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate some customer service experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The confidence to pick up the phone is a must, as there will be an element of non-advisory sales involved. My client offers some of the best training and support in the industry. You will be given the opportunities to constantly self-develop, with a pathwayinto different departments within the business.
When you are in the offices, my client offers and warm and friendly working environment with newly refurbished modern offices, a subsided canteen, a comfortable break-out area and showers on site.
Roles and responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from potential customers and provide new quotations
- Outbound calls to complete quotations
- High level of understanding of all internal and external brands
- Taking ownership of your development within the company
- Be determined to succeed and accountable for results for yourself and the business
- Following system and procedural processes to always ensure compliance
Hours: You will be required to work within the opening hours between
8am-10pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday & 9am-5pm on Sunday.
