Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Corporate Marketing Executive will produce and own high quality marketing material, including tender documents, presentations, sales literature, and client facing documents.

**Main Tasks**

Business development function
- Management of tender library with regular liaison with departments to ensure accuracy of information
- Production of tender documents and presentations in line with the groups branding and tone of voice
- Production of product and ad-hoc presentations in line with the groups branding
- Identify other sales aids that would benefit the Sales Team
- Development of brand positioning and style across all areas of the business
- Liaison with external stakeholders, including design agencies, print agencies and within the AmTrust Group where appropriate
- Production of the following sales documents:

- Product information sheets
- Product comparisons
- Business updates and continuous improvements
- Other collateral as requested
- Client support
- Preparation of client marketing content requests, e.g., targeting marketing campaign content, website content review
- Preparation of client claims examples

Other activities:

- Review of claims facing communications
- Drafting of client facing business updates
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of the PR and social media calendar
- Conduct market and product research projects, such as competitor analysis, product comparisons etc.

General:

- Other duties and responsibilities as may be set by the Marketing Manager and Directors
- Ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with company procedures and FCA regulations
- Ad-hoc project work

**Qualifications, Experience and Competence**
- Excellent attention to detail with a flair for design
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
- Confidence to own tasks without supervision
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign and Photoshop etc.) and experience of using all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.)
- Keen to develop a career in an insurance environment

- Good investigative and research skills
- Knowledge of Legal Expenses

**Working Pattern**

Our standard full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Upon completion of satisfactory training, Arc may offer the opportunity for agile working up to 50% of the time at home if your circumstances allow.

Office work will be carried out in the beautiful rural setting just outside Langham in a purpose-built modern building.
