As a **Streetworks Compliance Administrator **you will part of the Area Operational Team, analysing real time data for onsite activity and photographic submission to ensure we are remaining compliant with internal and client standards. You will ensure that a quality service is captured and reviewed in a timely manner, promoting a ‘Right First Time’ culture to deliver excellent service, and provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and Agents to improve works quality and assist in the reduction of Cost of Failure to the business.
**As the Streetworks compliance Administrator your duties and responsibilities will be**:
- Real Time quality auditing and validation of photographic work submissions
- Ensuring site, traffic management set up and SLG compliance
- Monitoring task completion
- Backfill and Reinstatement compliance
- Site clearance evidence
- Escalation of operational issues to Operational Managers including incorrect site set up and works quality issues.
- Validate on-site activity and review against Permit Conditions
**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:
- NRSWA streetworks qualification preferable but not essential
- Streetworks experience preferable but not essential, full training provided
- Effective communication skills and time management
- Take responsibility and challenge existing policies and procedures
- Computer literate
- Ability to act calmly and rationally in a stressful environment
- Flexibility to support the business needs
- An enthusiastic team player
