The **Senior Sales Office Administrator** will support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all processes run efficiently and professionally.
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, offering a high standard of service and resolving issues promptly.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update customer records and sales data using CRM systems (e.g. Sage 200), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with colleagues across departments including accounts, logistics, and marketing to support sales initiatives.
- Office Administration: Oversee general office duties such as managing diaries, booking travel, ordering supplies, and supporting wider administrative functions.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and approachable manner
**Qualifications & Experience**
- GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent; A-Levels or a business-related qualification desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales administration or office management role
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory capacity is advantageous

Friday 0900 - 16:00
