Based in the centre of Bolton, our customer service advisors (patient services advisors) are excellent communicators, who will think nothing of going the extra mile. They manage the day-to-day queries of our valued patients, hospitals, and medical professionals, solving problems with efficiency, patience, and a smile.

As one of our team, youll be exceptional in the moments that matter by finding solutions for our customers that show you care, take ownership, and pay attention. High-quality experience is what were all about.

Primarily inbound calls will be the order of the day as you, picture paint and hold the hands of our patients on their journey with us, helping them to understand what lies ahead.

As SpaMedicas first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure that every query is answered in a timely fashion, with a best-in-class approach.

**Salary and benefits**:

- Starting salary of £22.370 per annum (reviewed following probation),
- 37.5 hrs per week Mon Fri between 8am 6pm, mínimal weekend coverage required with rota day off in the week.
- 28 days including bank holidays, increasing to 33 with length of service.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You are a strong and confident communicator, balanced with the right listening skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- You really care about the customer and want to solve their queries in the right way with care and consideration.
- Organised and service minded.
- Creating positive experiences is what you are about.
- You are PC literate and know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook. Learning new systems is something you can do easily.
