Loader

An opportunity has arisen at National Timber Systems, part of National Timber Group by appointing a loader at their NTS Catterick site at Bridge Road, Brompton on Swale, Richmond, DL10 7HS.

**Duties will include**:

- Loading and thoroughly checking artic vehicles.
- Organising loads prior to vehicles arriving back at the depot in a timely manner.
- Picking ancillary and ironmongery items. Includes some heavy lifting.
- Completing paperwork and checking correct items have been selected.
- Liaising with planners to ensure the delivery schedule is fulfilled as per customer request.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards within the distribution centre yard.
- Support wider team (when required) with loading and unloading of various vehicles with the fleet

**Must Have**
- Forklift / Sideloader licence
- Basic knowledge of timber
- Experience loading vehicles

**Working hours, Pay and Benefits**:

- 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 6.30am to 4.00pm
- Hourly rate increases available following successful completion of probationary period and completion of training to achieve semi-skilled or skilled status
- 6 weeks holiday per year including public bank holiday, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 2- and 5-years’ service.
