This position is responsible for supporting global assignment services to our clients and their employees and families. To provide the necessary administrative support to promote the smooth transition of the assignee to their new location.

**ACCOUNTABILITES**:
The Relocation Associate supports the Relocation Consultant in providing outsourced international services to our client’s international assignees. This role is responsible for providing administrative support on expense management, data integrity and invoice processing.

Validates according to policy and processes assignee expense claim forms and payments to third parties

Drafts all appropriate transfer-related forms and documents

Sets up, maintains and updates electronic files to track all aspects of the assignment

Liaises with other functions within the business to enable efficient process

Provides data to assist Relocation Manager and Consultants for the collation of client reports

Undertakes other tasks as allocated by the supervisor

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in a customer-service related role
- Excellent organization and administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and numeric skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
