**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Utilise computerised systems for office tasks
- Perform clerical and administrative duties including typing up estimates
- Manage office operations effectively
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Dealing with supplier invoices and produce a monthly payment list
**Experience**
- Prior experience in an Office Administrator role would be a preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Familiarity with general office procedures and protocols
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
