Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Rental Sales Specialist to join our Water Solution Services (WSS) team. You will be responsible for driving rental sales across Scotland, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. If you have a technical aptitude, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers.- Identify and understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and rental services.- Proactively generate sales leads and follow up on opportunities.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.- Gather market intelligence to support product and strategy development.- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience.- 3-5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial sector (water technology experience is an advantage).- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- A full driving license (Category B).
