**Part time Customer Service Advisor - HOME WORKING**

**£10.00 plus monthly incentives to earn extra money**
**£10.43 once you have passed 6-month probation period**
**4-5 weeks training at head office working 09:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday - then the role will be HOME WORKING**

We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking people to work within a successful Customer Service team -Youwill be based at home and all equipment will be provided.
**Hours available**
7.45 - 11.45
17.00 - 21.00
5 days per week, working 1 full weekend in 3
**Job responsibilities**
- First point of contact to all customers
- Investigate customer problems and be able to solve them quickly and efficiently
- Schedule engineers
- Accurate data entry
- Build and maintain great relationships with both customers and colleagues
- Work to KPI's and team targets
**Experience required**
- Experience within customer service is essential
- You must be positive and friendly with the ability to build rapport with customers easily
- Must be self-motivated and a problem solver
- Must have strong communication skills
This company has a series of start dates coming up, the first induction date is 6th June
