Reservationist (Part-time)

An exciting position has arisen for a Reservations Team Member to join our busy team at the Bedford Swan Hotel

You will be the first point of contact for any customer reservations.

You will also need to communicate with all other departments within the hotel in relation to customer enquires or requests and prepare detailed schedules of events for the Food & Beverage Operations Team.

We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, who can pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.

Hours will be 24 per week and will need to work Monday and Tuesday from 9am until 5pm and one other day of the week,

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
