We are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator for a full time permanent role working 8:30am to 4:30pm (40 hours a week) at our Darlington business support centre DL1 4WD.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, the Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring all sales invoices are distributed to our clients in a timely manner, with tight cash collection controls to maintain a healthy cash balance for the Business.

This role will also be responsible for processing and reporting the weekly expenses for Anabas and Anabas Welcome, as well as being responsible for the credit card accounts and ensuring all costs are processed and up to date within the Finance Package each month for month end reporting.
