Great opportunity to join a growing professional business that will offer career progression.**Global CTS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity with one of our recruiting partners who are expanding rapidly and looking for a to join the team to an Assistant Office Manager actively support the operation and smooth running of the office, providing aneffective and professional office administrative service. The role has come about as the current administrator has now been promoted.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Organising meetings including booking venues and organising catering when required
- Acting as the focal point for site IT to assist with activities such as organising new accounts and hardware for new starters
- Ordering and processing orders including for office consumables and stationary
- Managing the office vehicles and lease contracts
- General office support and assistance including housekeeping, fire alarm testing
- Carrying out a range of general office and administrative tasks such as filing
- Support staff with scene arrangement, hotels, vans etc
- Support other departments with administration duties
- Production of weekly and monthly management reports
**Essential Skills**:
- Excellent administration skills and ideally previous experience within a busy office environment
- Experience with Microsoft software packages
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Flexible approach to changing requirements
- Proactive, solution-focused and able to run with ideas
- Able to work under pressure and to strict timescales
- Extremely well organized and able to multi-task
- Reliable and able to work on own initiative
NB: You must be able to pass a SC/NVVP3 security clearance check and have the right to work in the UK.
