We are seeking a motivated individual to support production at Ritter Fresh. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction, traceability, and product safety through the quality and accuracy of raw materials and finished products.

**Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Work as part of the production team supporting in all areas of the operation.
- Support the production team with replenishment of consumables into production form the Warehouse.
- Receive completed customer orders in the packing area, complete metal detection and final packing and labelling.
- Support the Production manager to register completed work in the computer system and print invoices.
- Complete dispatch checking and liaise with the Warehouse Team to release completed shipments to transport.
- Maintain high standards of product safety and hygiene in the departments.
- Replenishment of consumables and packaging.
- Metal Detection and packing.
- Supporting system operations registering picks and printing invoices.
- Working with Warehouse team to facilitate dispatch.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Flexible in approach to day-to-day activities.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Knowledge of warehousing or food production environments.
- IT Skills.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience in warehouse or food production.

This role would be suitable for:

- Someone with experience in food service or food production.
- Someone looking for a varied role within a food business wanting to learn new skills.
