**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (AKA YOUR SUPERPOWERS)**

This isn’t just any junior role - **you won’t be stuck making tea or copying cells in spreadsheets** You’ll be at the **heart of operational improvement**, working hands-on with manufacturers to **transform how their businesses run**. Every day will be **different, challenging, and packed with opportunities to learn** and make a **measurable impact.**

✔ **Dive into the detail** — observe how things really work inside manufacturing businesses
✔ **Take part in client workshops,** contribute ideas, and help capture key insights
✔ **Collect and analyse data** to find issues and opportunities others miss
✔ **Help redesign processes,** streamline operations, and turn recommendations into action
✔ **Support project managers** to keep everything on track and running smoothly
✔ **Assist with reports, dashboards, and presentations** that show off our wo
