**About you**

Your skills and experience will complement the creation of assets primarily for social media. You will have a solid understanding of how social users engage with different content forms (video, graphics, photography and more) and how these display on different devices.

You’ll understand why and what makes people engage with content, how to invoke reaction through emotion and relevance; Have a keen eye for detail and be very brand aesthetic aware.

Your ability to work well in a team and contribute considerably with fresh ideas, campaign concepts and creative solutions will put you at the centre of our delivery team. This is a fast-paced environment with ever changing updates you will have to be agile to.

Having a personal interest in current affairs, latest media and industry trends is desirable.

**More about the Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our Design department as a Content Creator.

As a Furthermore Content Creator you will be responsible for:

- Coming up with exciting campaign concepts
- Creating social media first graphics for clients across several business sectors
- Capturing / editing on trend video in social first formats
- Ensuring all client content distributed is on brand and aligns with their campaign message
This role is backed by our design team and directly supports the rapidly growing Social department - collaboration will be key.

Skills Required:

- Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop & After effects
- Video editing using in app tools, such as Tiktok or Reels etc
- Interpreting detailed briefs
- Time management
Desirable however not crucial Skills:

- Photography
- Videography
- Premier Pro
- Animation
