**Job role**
**Key responsibilities**
- Owning the salesforce helpdesk (support tickets logged by salesforce users)
- Creating and running analytics according to user requirements and business strategy
- Analysing, improving and maintaining data quality
- Training new and existing users on salesforce processes and best practices
- Providing daily user support (70+ users), activating/de-activating licences, data permissions
- Pro-activity exploring new functionality and suggesting system improvements to stakeholders
- Configuration, security, testing and rollout of new functionality
Website/SEO updates and analytics
- Posting new items onto the websites (News items, thought leadership, Events etc.) while adhering to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices
- Generating website performance reports with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Ensuring SEO technical data is kept clean and up-to-date
Pardot (Marketing Automation tool)
- running and distributing campaign analytics
- providing ideas and input into new template formats
- Support for ad-hoc website, CRM and technology projects as and when required
- Working with the Sales & Marketing Technology Manager to keep process documentation up-to-date
- Providing user training on technology platforms as and when required
**Experience & qualifications**
Computer and technical literacy
- Experience in updating websites using a CMS tool like Wordpress
- Previous use of e-marketing broadcast tools, knowledge of Pardot would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Solid proficiency in Excel
Data management and analytics
- Good analytical skills, and a passion for data integrity
- Previous experience of creating and running analytics in response to business requirements

- Confidence to liaise with colleagues and build relationships at all levels
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively and manage time accordingly
- Cooperative in a team environment
- Professional work ethic and sense of internal customer service
