A well-reputed company of Chartered Surveyors is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in London and Surrey.

You will be working in their offices in Epsom, alongside their small team of Chartered Surveyors. Initially, you will be the sole Sales Executive, but very soon, you'll be assisting them in growing and establishing a small sales team. This role will providefantastic career growth opportunities for the right person

This will be a full-time role with hours to be agreed, but preferably 9:00-17:30.

**About the Company**:
They are a modern independent firm of RICS registered Chartered Surveyors.

As surveyors, they act for individuals most commonly undertaking their bespoke surveys (HomeLevel Reports and Plus Building Surveys) to assist customers when they are buying a house to identify any issues.

They also undertake residential valuations for various purposes, such as mortgage valuations, inheritance tax, divorce, shared ownership, taxation, and accounting, and people looking to extend the leases on their flats.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on sales enquiries and advise customers on the best solution for their particular needs
- Overcoming any customer objections to meet your targets
- Sales and customer services role
- Supporting new and existing customers over the phone and dealing with enquiries

**Required Experience**:

- Passion for sales
- Previous sales experience
- Basic knowledge in surveying would be beneficial, but not compulsory (full training will be given)

**Required Skills**:

- English language skills
- A professional manner
- Great IT skills
- Fantastic communication skills
