Behind the scenes is a complex infrastructure and support service that enables us to run a 24/7 lifesaving service consisting of 238 Lifeboat stations, lifeguard services, water safety education programmes, and fundraising across the UK and Ireland.

We are undergoing an upgrade of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, as part of a business and technology change programme to modernise and drive greater effectiveness across our core and critical processes.

**Your Role**

As a Workstream lead, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

- To work with a cross functional team to identify the required capabilities for the future and help understand the current time and cost of priority processes today
- To work closely with the ITS supplier and business teams, collaborating with stakeholders/SME’s at all levels through the conduct of methodical investigations for business requirements and specifications, establishing best practice process and continuous improvement.
- To understand existing business processes and use this knowledge and own expertise to define future state business processes, functional and non-functional requirements and systems goals in conjunction with the process leads
- Assesses the departments requirements against the standard out of the box functionality of the D365 systems and with assistance from the team understands whether they represent a fit or a gap.

**About You**

As our Safety, Risk and Compliance Workstream Lead, you will use your excellent facilitation and co-ordination skills and ability to work with programme team members and stakeholders at all levels, to review problems, make improvements and communicate requirements.

To be considered you will need:

- Working knowledge of D365 and/ or AX 2012. D365 qualification would be beneficial
- ERP Systems knowledge - Specifically Microsoft rollout exposure
- Experience of an ERP roll out
- Experience of working within SME functions and managing change within the function
- Managing teams
- Testing of new systems, particularly in a regulated environment (Charity, PLC, SABOX, Gov organisation
