Do you love the great outdoors and spending your weekends hiking up a mountain, or kayaking over a waterfall?

Well, I'm currently working with a travel company who specialise in once-in-a-lifetime trips to amazing landscapes across the globe - I've seen the videos of the locations and it's absolutely breath-taking (even on my laptop screen).

They're looking for a Lead Developer who is strong in both backend development with PHP & Laravel, and also in frontend development with React (maybe with a sprinkling of Dev Ops expertise as well).

They've got some exciting plans in their upcoming roadmap and this person will be responsible for leading some large-scale projects.

But the best part of this role has got to be the people You'll be working with like-minded individuals who absolutely love the great outdoors and take full advantage of the quarterly team events where they get involved in some outdoor activities.

This role is available to people who want to work remotely, but ideally you will be based near the southwest and able to regularly visit the Bristol office to collaborate with other colleagues.

**They're looking for people who have;**
- A strong background in developing with PHP & Laravel
- Excellent skills in React and experience of leading React projects
- Good knowledge of Dev Ops and Linux servers
- Ability to work on projects in an autonomous manner
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a close-knit team environment
