**Your new role**

**The role will form part of a highly skilled team of Business Travel Consultants located from home, or on-site at one of our offices across the UK dependent on your location and experience**

You will be joining us as an expert with strong knowledge and experience of Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus GDS System.

As one of our experienced Business Travel Consultants you will be booking Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex travel for air, rail, car, and Hotel accommodation, utilizing one or multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus.

**What you need to succeed**

You must be a clear and confident communicator with confidence in dealing with people at all levels. You'll need to possess great organization and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to own & manage your own workload and it is essential you have

previous Retail or Business Travel experience, with working knowledge of airline, rail fares and ticketing.

**Please note, only applicants who meet all the essential criteria will proceed to the next stage of **the selection processes.**

**Essential**
- Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for car, air, hotel travel
- Knowledge and experience of: Air, rail, hotel, car booking
- Calculating and Processing exchanges
- High proficiency in one or multiple GDS Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus
- Background in Business Travel, leisure or airline reservation required
- Passion for Excellence in Client Service
- Excellent Professional Communication - both written and verbal

**What you need to do now**

**Essential**
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel - creating and maintaining documents
- High proficiency in one or multiple GDS Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus
