Due to continuing expansion our client, a successful international manufacturing company is actively seeking a proactive, dedicated and ambitious Site Training Co-ordinator to support the Senior Management Team with all training and development activities on site.
Reporting to the HR Manager, responsibilities to include:
- Work with all relevant parties to implement a best-in-class site induction programme.
- Co-ordinate all legal and compliance training onsite and develop training matrices/utilise group systems to record and report.
- Work with BU Managers to devise a skills-based training programme.
- Coordinate and deliver a Management Development programme for the Operational Front-Line Managers in line with group principles
- Be the onsite point of contact for early careers programmes (e.g., Apprenticeships, Graduates, Interns)
- Securing business sponsorship for high-impact learning initiatives in conjunction with T&D strategy and Academy programmes.
- Develop & Maintain a site training and development plan & budget to drive mandatory training, and internal development initiatives
- Carrying out a training needs analysis to determine 'right fit’ solutions against identified performance gaps.
- In collaboration with all business streams actively facilitate product training, including new launches, customer service and sales to improve revenue targets
- Development Reporting Metrics for the Site.
- To raise awareness, identify challenges and develop solutions to overcome any barriers to internal development at a site level.
- Continually evaluating the effectiveness of deployed interventions to ensure delivery in line with expectations and performance measures.
- Securing business sponsorship for high-impact learning initiatives in conjunction with T&D strategy and Academy programmes.
You will demonstrate the ability to build rapport with employees and vendors and prior experience of change management or the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation would be desirable. A relevant Learning/Training Qualification could be beneficial but not essential.
