If so, join our team at Thornford Park in Thatcham/ As an Occupational Therapy Assistant from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team at Thornford Park and provide support and time, individually and in group settings, to a range of patients on a named ward or area You will assist Occupational Therapists, Primary Nurses and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans working across boundaries of care, the organisation. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals to promote their recovery & enhance social inclusion. The role will have a significant social & recreational element, which will require the development of effective therapeutic relationships &will include some out of hours working.
