Since 2015 Sweatcoin and now Sweat Economy have been working on making the world more physically active. With more than 140 million registered users, thousands of partners and a proven ability to make people move more (+20%) Sweat Economy has already become the largest onramp in web3 history. We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.
We are looking for a talented Regional Lead to drive the company’s commercial relationships with consumer brands in the rapidly scaling MENA region and ensure a 5-star customer experience for our users in the Middle East and Africa.
**What the job involves**
- You will be responsible for setting and executing the commercial objectives of Sweatcoin in the MENA region
- You will be actively closing commercial partnerships with relevant brand partners in MENA through direct outreach or through local marketing agencies
- You will manage the pipeline of rewards live in the region at any given point to maximize user experience
- You will be responsible to ensure that users throughout the MENA region receive a consistent experience throughout app, from localisation to onboarding and rewards.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and increasing the overall performance metrics in your region, making educated decisions on how drive up success across the board
**Required Qualifications**
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Business Development or Commercial role in a B2C tech company
- You have experience in managing and negotiating deals worth above £100,000 a year
- You have a proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales targets
- You are a numbers person. You are comfortable identifying insights to improve the performance of processes and individuals to achieve better outcomes
- You have a proactive mindset and experience in owning projects from start to finish
**Preferred Qualifications**
- You have business fluency in both English and Arabic
- Ideally, you will have an existing network of connections with consumer brands or marketing agencies in the MENA region
