Project Coordinator

**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000

Location: Morley, Leeds
A brilliant opportunity for a project coordinator to join a growing manufacturing company with a friendly culture in Morley, Leeds. This is a brand-new role due to company growth, and you will be joining a small supportive team, including the office dog
You will be acting as point of contact to customers, ensuring orders are completed and issued on time and efficiently, so its important to have strong and effective communication skills, along with being an organised, problem solver who is able to use initiative.
It is essential to have worked in a previous admin/customer service role previously so you have transferable skills, but training will be given.
The company are offering a competitive salary of £23,000 but once you have learnt the role and passed probation this will go to £25,000, hours are Mon-Fri 8:45-17:00, 37.5 a week, 24 days holiday which are 3 days off at Xmas.
ROLE:
Provide accurate quotations in a timely manner.
Implement a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with retail partners to provide excellent customer service, in a responsive and effective way.
Liaise with template and installation teams and drivers to schedule logistic arrangements as efficiently as possible.
Fastidious record keeping on the company's central production system, and the relevant systems of retail partners.
CANDIDATE:
Previous experience working within a coordinator type role previously is beneficial.
Must have experience working within a fast pace administration role.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives.
Must have a methodical and organised approach to work.
Impeccable attention to detail, particularly to numbers, spelling and dates
Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines.
Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels, both across our business and with the personnel of our valued customer base.
