Trainee Technical Coordinator

Manufacturing Futures Team are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator (trainee) for a Company who works within the critical and primary care sectors.
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Technical Coordinator provides guidance and support to both sales and project departments throughout the sales order process.
The TCE is responsible for equipment package enquiries and sales orders, which include multiple elements of the Company product portfolio.
This role will mainly consist of, but not be limited to:
Interpreting specifications and drawings;
Providing technically-compliant equipment configurations;
Accurately forecasting equipment and labour costs;
Producing equipment package and non-standard equipment quotations;
Collating third party technical data; producing project specific technical drawings; purchasing third party equipment and reviewing manufacturing approval documents.

Success in this role requires the implementation and continuous improvement of processes and procedures, aligning with the Company strategy.
The TCE must function efficiently and professionally at all time, aligning with the values of the Company.
