Overview**:Job Title: HR Onboarding Administrator**
**Location: Gloucester**
**Salary: £20k**

**Superb opportunity for an efficient administrator to join our HR Resourcing team.**

Recruitment and onboarding administration will form a key part of this role so an interest in this area would be essential.
**Key duties include**:

- Onboarding - administering all pre-employment documentation including DBS, referencing and rights to work in a timely manner.
- Ensure payroll and HR systems are up to date with new starters and leavers.
- Answer onboarding telephone calls and queries
- Data entry input, update and maintain employee files.
- Work in an agile way to support all colleagues in the HR Resourcing team
- Carry out other duties and projects required for the HR team or Senior Management.
**Skills and Experience required**:

- Good level of education with a minimum of GCSE grade B/6 in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Previous administration experience within an office environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A good level of IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and well organised.
- Diplomatic and approachable.
- A proactive team player.
