**Role - Account Manager**
Our client is a marketing agency with a 26-year history working with many well-established UK and international clients across multiple sectors including, technology, education, healthcare, not-for-profit organisations. Our client has a predominantly B2Bclient base with a growing B2C portfolio.
They offer services across; Websites, UX, Design, Branding, Print, Video, SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media & Advertising Campaigns.
- be brilliant at leading their own clients, whilst also working closely to support the other client services team members
- integrate themselves fully with their client's marketing teams
- have a personal drive to ensure our client is delivering best in class work, on-time and on-budget
**Job functions**
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of the agency’s clients
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and project requests
- Proactively identify project and campaign opportunities to add value to their clients
- Present media, creative and agency output to clients
- Confidently present costs to clients in order to win projects
- Budget oversight and reporting to ensure any potential opportunities/issues are highlighted.
- Analysing the success of projects, before producing reports with supporting evidence.
- Creating quotes, Purchase Orders and completely other administrative tasks.
**Desired Experience & Credentials**
- 4+ years’ experience working within marketing/creative agencies.
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in a full range of marketing channels (online/offline).
- Experience of managing complex website design and build projects.
- Understanding of the nuances between B2C and B2B marketing and sales tactics.
- Significant account management and project management experience.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

- Outgoing and personable, able to build and retain strong client and staff relationships
- Process and data-driven to follow company workflows and deliver efficiently
- Ability to maintain high standards and follow quality control processes
- Proactive and confident self-starter
