Our Principal Consultant Jack started his journey with us at the age of 23. He’d spent years in the hospitality industry within various restaurants, bars and nightclubs until he joined us. Fast forward 3 years and he now specialises in recruiting Tradesand Labour professionals. He’s also bought his first house, a new car, jetted off on amazing holidays and made good memories and new friends. He also attended both to Dubai and Cancun incentives with us

**As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll be**:

- Working in an office, in a highly sales-driven atmosphere
- Communicating and build rapport with clients
- Understanding and predicting market trends within your sector and beyond
- Business development - Growing your own desk, business and personal brand

But before that, we’ll ensure you have top class recruitment training to do so

**As a Recruitment Executive you’ll get**:

- An initial internal 12-week training programme, followed by internal and external training throughout your career
- One to one training with the CEO to build your recruitment knowledge and skills
- A clear path of progression internally, allowing you to develop into a top biller and earn lots of commission
- Annual company holidays and incentives - Past destinations include Dubai and Cancun
- Competitive basic salary and UNCAPPED commission structure
