Due to this, we’re looking to bolster our HSE Recruitment Network brand with another exceptional recruiter in this space.If you’re looking to get involved in an expanding discipline as part of an established team that boasts over 20 years in the Health and Safety space with an enviable brand this could be for you…The Sustainability & Environmental Consultant opportunity is a hybrid desk, with a permanent recruitment focus and an average fee of £7,500. Working across the UK you’ll be tasked with growing the sustainability offering that we have mapped and regularly market to, placing sustainability and environmental professionals from Advisor through to Director level. As a 360 recruitment specialist, you’ll be accountable for your market from converting new clients, expanding existing accounts and providing an exceptional recruitment service.The ideal individual would possess some experience in the sustainability or environmental world, with that being said - we are open to great technical recruiters who are competent at placing mid‑senior level opportunities and want to specialise in this niche.As a 360 senior recruiter, you’ll be well‑versed in the day‑to‑day running of a successful desk, from building successful client relationships, taking thorough assignment briefs, identifying and attracting talent via a multitude of tools and techniques, to post‑placement aftercare. As part of this team you’ll be invited to our regular industry events from participating in mock trials, roundtable discussions to industry award shows with our partners.At HSE Recruitment Network – part of ENG, we believe in a culture of freedom and responsibility.
