**What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator**:
- You will be responsible for maintaining the running of this small site, ensuring it is running at full capacity. You will be using your initiative, planning your day to complete a variety of tasks. Duties will include:
- Opening/closing the office
- Communicating with new and existing customers
- Showing new customers around the site
- Keeping the company software updated
- Taking payments
- Keeping the office and site immaculate
- Managing social media for the company
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role with good phone manner
- Ability to build strong rapport and communicate with customers
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be comfortable working alone
