**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving high-quality beverages. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, food preparation knowledge, and an understanding of food safety practices. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas.
- Assist customers by taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

**Qualifications**
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to engage with customers.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
