**Legal Receptionist & Administrator** **We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Receptionist and Administrator at our Bingham office. You will be the critical first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues who visit daily.** **The hours are 10 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.** **The Role** - To greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner - Handling clients on the telephone and in person - Recording and taking action as a result of client contact - Maintaining confidentiality of client information - Ensuring our reception area is tidy at all times - Record-keeping and archiving - Using our practice case management system - General administrative duties **This job carries great responsibility and is very demanding, so previous experience working in a busy office is essential.** **Qualifications & Skills** - Previous experience of running a reception - Experience in legal procedures and terminology is a plus - Excellent telephone manner - Professional, friendly, and "can-do" attitude - Excellent IT skills - Highly organised with great attention to detail - An excellent multi-tasker **Salary & Benefits** - Competitive salary - Supportive working environment - Long-established, highly regarded team **We'd love to hear from you if you fit the bill.
