**Catalent Pharma Solutions** are seeking to recruit an **Interim Head of FP&A** to join our team based in **Swindon.**

As the **Interim Head of FP&A** your role will see you** **support Operations, Quality, Product Management and R&D in the analysis of performance and manage, challenge and clearly present forecast information for Product volumes, Direct & Indirect costs, Headcount (excl.SGA), Development projects & Other Revenue and Capital Projects

**The Role**
- Ensure accurate headcount tracking and forecasting with HR and SLT
- Data control for forecast, budget and site P&L history
- Identify areas of improvement of cost allocation between base and direct (in collaboration with Controllership & BU Finance)
- Inventory focus - identifying trends and working closely with Operations to improve inventory management
- Forecasting of Capex expenditure - working closely with Engineering team
- Business partner with the senior leadership team
- Monthly review of direct cost and waste forecast with cost centre owners, including review of KPIs (to be designed)
- Lead the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning processes for direct & indirect costs, working with senior leadership team and presenting to VP level
- Demonstrable commercial delivery
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- US GAAP revenue reporting an advantage
- Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or OneSource (consolidations) an advantage
- Demonstration of strong communication skills at all levels. The role will require regular contact with Finance personnel internal and external to the site as well as non-Finance personnel
