Our client specialises in creative branding solutions for clients like John Lewis, Lidl and the NHS. They are growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Projects Apprentice to join the team.
Based in Glasgow and specialising in digital graphics, exhibition stands and signage, this is a dynamic place to work with a friendly supportive team.
**Vacancy description**:
All you need to succeed is motivation, enthusiasm and an eye for design. Your apprenticeship training will be provided by QA - Scotland’s leading trainer in technical and digital apprenticeships, and you will get all the on the job experience and support you need.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to gain experience in a small business and develop their career. You will oversee digital projects and campaigns and be trained to become the super user for Clickup, the project management software which is at the heart of every client project.
This also mean you would be the main point of contact for all clients, updating them on their campaigns, and working alongside the CEO and creative director to grow and develop your skills.
This is an entry-level role but a pivotal one, as you have the opportunity to grow as the business does
**Key duties**:
- Work in a helpdesk capacity to support the creative director, as the first point of contact to problem solve customer enquiries.
- Log projects in to Clickup, review progress and report back on them to the business
- Export a report into Excel using data collected from a project to do list
- Deal with project deliverables and allocate these in Clickup
- Generate data around success stories for the company website
- Work collaboratively across teams to manage projects and completion time frames.
**Desirable skills**:
A passionate individual with a desire to do well is all that is required for this role, any creative or design experience is beneficial but not essential to the job.
- Some knowledge of Office 365, excel and word would be useful

**Future prospects**:
This role will progress from a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum following successful completion of a probationary period and then from £20,000 to £22,000 per annum upon completion of the apprenticeship.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6 or Level 8.
